Position: Program Administrator
Hours: Full-time (35 hours per week)
Rate: $20 per hour
Duration: 8-week contract beginning 16 June 2025; possibility for extension

KAC is seeking applications for the position of Program Administrator. Working under the supervision of an in collaboration with the Program and Communications Coordinator, the Program Administrator will be responsible for supporting, developing, and executing KAC programs, with a primary focus on the KAC Membership program and the Artist Prosperity Project. This is an 8-week contract with the possibility of extension for an additional 7 weeks (pending funding). ‘Colour Theory’ by qBFA closes soon!

Closing Reception: 5 June 2025
Colour Theory is a striking exhibition by the Queen’s Black Fashion Association (qBFA) that explores the significance of colour in relation to identity, culture, and self-expression. On view at the KAC until Friday, 6 June, this exhibition is both celebration and conversation: a vibrant space where fashion becomes language and colour becomes story, encouraging connection, reflection, and representation in the public sphere.
